1. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable advance is required to confirm bookings.

• Full payment must be completed before the delivery of final photos or videos.

• Cancellation within 7 days of the shoot may incur additional charges.

2. Intellectual Property

• All images, videos, and edited content remain the property of LR Harish Frames unless stated otherwise.

• Clients are granted usage rights for personal or promotional use but cannot sell or distribute without written consent.

3. Usage Rights

• We reserve the right to use photographs and videos for portfolio, social media, website, and marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing.

4. Client Responsibility

• Clients must arrive on time and be prepared as per prior discussion. Delays or missed sessions may affect shoot time or result in rescheduling fees.

• Styling, makeup, and location access must be arranged in advance unless otherwise included in the package.

5. Delivery Timeline

• Raw previews are typically shared within 5–7 working days.

• Final edited content is delivered within 2–3 weeks from the shoot date unless specified otherwise.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for issues due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, venue restrictions, or technical failures.

• In case of equipment failure or unavoidable absence, LR Harish Frames will offer a suitable reschedule or refund.

7. Changes to Terms
